Please submit the form below and make your payment to sign up for the Andrew Applegate Memorial Bracket challenge. You can complete the form and make your payment before or after making your bracket, just make sure to list your bracket name(s).
Brackets cost $50 via Venmo/Zelle or $51.50 via Paypal per bracket. All payments need to be received no later that Tuesday March 21st by 10am You can find payment information below the form. Any brackets that have not been paid for prior to the first game will be disqualified from potential winnings.
Remember Selection Sunday starts on March 17th at 6pm EST
